Widget CAT control display you RIG frequency. If you know the exact locator correspondent, you can enter it into the database manually by pressing ADD button. 
Then you will get the data for the direction and distance to the correspondent. When you enter the callsign of your correspondent, if it is in the database, it will be displayed next to the LOOKUP button, after pressing the LOOKUP button, the locator will be automatically placed in the box LOCATOR. On entering the correct locator, the software calculates the direction and distance to the correspondent.
This Panel displays your RIG CAT frequency (if have CAT control), callsign, locator, date, time and the database for other stations and their locators.
